Instead of asking the organizer to pre-define every time slot, ScheduleSnap uses scheduling windows — the periods when the event could happen. Respondents add their own availability inside those windows using a fully customizable calendar interface.

You get an accurate picture of when people can actually meet, not just yes/no answers to times you guessed ahead of time.
